If you are ready to train on your own, I have developed training packages with different workouts to keep your training fun and challenging, and make sure you reach your goals faster!

12 Week MTB Strength and Conditioning

If you are serious about your goals, want to achieve strength specific to MTB, then this program is for you. With 2 session per week, at the end of this program you will move better, feel stronger and perform better on the bike.

Main features:

- 2 sessions per week, with full videos of each exercise to execute with correct technique

- Program based on 3RM (repetition max) test to adapt to your starting point

- Covers full body strength specific to MTB

- Includes circuits for core, full body and conditioning

- Additional resources for warming up, foam rolling and stretching

8 Week MTB Strength and Conditioning

A shorter program if you are more time restricted or are working towards a goal (e.g. that Whistler trip coming up!). Within these 2 months you will get ready for whatever the trail throws at you, increasing both fitness and strength specific to trail riding.

Main features:

- 2 sessions per week, with full videos of each exercise to execute with correct technique

- Program based on 3RM (repetition max) test to adapt to your starting point

- Covers full body strength specific to MTB

- Includes circuits for core, full body and conditioninig

- Additional resources for warming up, foam rolling and stretching
