You are what you eat.  You probably heard this before - but it's true. 

Exercise alone is great, it has many benefits and can make you a stronger and healthier person. However, focusing on your nutrition can further the effects of an active lifestyle  tremendously.

How can I help?

As a certified Precision Nutrition practitioner, I can assist you in making the changes you need in your eating to adjust for the goals you have set, this could be:

  • Losing weight

  • Feeling more energized

  • Gaining muscle

  • Getting your training, racing and recovery nutrition "right"

  • Educating on food types

  • Vegetarian eating for athletes

  • Eating right while traveling

My approach is based on a complete review and assessment of your eating habits and the food itself, as these two are closely linked.
