I work in Sydney's Northern Beaches and the CBD, in gyms, outdoors and also online using my own app. I have helped hundreds of clients lose weight, get fitter, move better, get back from injury and perform better at their favourite sport.

My services include:

  • Weight loss

  • Lean muscle gain

  • Sport specific strength and conditioning

  • Functional Movement System (FMS) Level 2 Trainer

  • Tailored training for races or events

  • Injury rehabilitation

  • Nutrition Coaching (Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach)

I work closely with several Physiotherapists on the Northern Beaches, Mosman and Sydney CBD to make sure you are in good hands.

Sessions can be held outdoors or in gyms (membership required), or we can develop a hybrid model with initial 1:1 session and the remainder of the training delivered remotely via app.
